Vice President Operations

We are a growing environmental and construction services company specializing in concrete washout, slurry management, vacuum truck services, hauling, and water treatment throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Operating across multiple locations and brands, we provide critical services to commercial, civil, industrial, and residential construction projects.

As our company continues to grow year over year, we are seeking a hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead operations across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Northern Delaware.

Position Overview

This is a key leadership role and will serve as the Managing Partner's trusted right hand in overseeing daily operations throughout the Northeast region.

The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can effectively manage people, processes, dispatch, customer service, and field operations while helping drive continued growth and operational excellence.

This is not a desk-only role. You'll be involved in both office and field operations, building relationships with customers, supporting employees, and ensuring the business runs efficiently across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Northern Delaware
• Oversee dispatch, office operations, accounting support functions, and field personnel
• Manage operational performance, staffing, scheduling, and service delivery
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure customer commitments are met
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
• Monitor operational KPIs, route efficiency, equipment utilization, and cost controls
• Serve as the primary leadership contact when the Managing Partner is traveling or unavailable
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team
• Resolve customer escalations and operational challenges
• Maintain compliance with company, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Support growth initiatives as the company expands throughout the region

Qualifications

Required:

• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
• Experience managing multiple departments, teams, and locations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven success leading operational teams and improving efficiencies
• Ability to work on-site at our corporate office in Farmingdale/Jackson, NJ
• Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites and regional locations

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $160,000 annually
• Annual Performance Bonus: 15%-25%
• Total Target Compensation: $184,000-$200,000+
