Dispensing Associate
RK Pharma Inc

RK Pharma Inc, a vertically integrated pharmaceutical company headquartered in NJ, is seeking a Dispensing Associate to work with our growing Manufacturing Team as we scale toward commercial manufacturing in the coming months. As a company focused on the development, manufacturing, and sale of high quality and affordable generic pharmaceutical products worldwide, we are looking for sharp, driven, self‑directed individuals to help us grow our mid‑stage start‑up team.

Location:

East Windsor, NJ – This position is required to be onsite.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required;
    Associate degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related technical field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and cleanroom protocols.
  • Experience handling, labeling, and weighing raw materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
  • Ability to interpret and execute Master Batch Records (MBRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately.
  • Familiarity with barcode systems, scales, balances, and inventory control software (e.g., SAP).
  • Excellent attention to detail, mathematical accuracy, and documentation discipline.
  • Ability to work safely with chemicals and controlled substances following all handling and PPE requirements.
The Main Expectations and Responsibilities
  • Dispense and verify raw materials and components in accordance with batch records and approved procedures.
  • Accurately weigh, label, and record materials using calibrated equipment to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Maintain clean and organized dispensing areas in compliance with GMP and safety standards.
  • Perform line clearance, cleaning, and environmental monitoring as required before and after dispensing activities.
  • Ensure proper material identification, segregation, and transfer to the compounding or production areas.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Warehouse teams to address discrepancies or deviations promptly.
  • Support inventory accuracy and reconciliation through SAP or manual logs as needed.
