Position Summary
This position is responsible for label print / production activities.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Packaging Engineering in the production of clinical packaging labels ensuring optimal fit and function of labels to meet client needs
- Assist Project Managers in label selection to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained throughout the lifespan of labeled product
- Operate and maintain label printers following SOPs and Preventative Maintenance policies and procedures
- Retrieve and execute Label Batch Record Activity Lists (LPBRs) and verify against Variable Data Forms (VDFs)
- Work alongside Label Proofing personnel to ensure accuracy of printed materials
- Maintain warehouse supplies of blank label stocks as well as client supplied preprinted materials and booklets
- Create and verify accuracy of critical documentation and label text proofs in accordance with GMP procedures
- Supply packaging production personnel with replacement materials and documents in a timely manner to sustain a smooth and continuous flow of operation
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance personnel to perform essential label accountability and label destruction activities
- Enter and verify data in the Inventory Control System (ICS)
- Maintain clean and safe work area in accordance with GMPs
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous related work experience
- Prior experience with thermal transfer printers is desirable
- Excellent English reading and writing skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good close vision and accurate color vision
- Familiarity with cGMPs
- Computer literacy skills
- Basic software skills
- Effective time management skills
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry a plus
