As a Machinist for Weiler Labeling Systems
, you’ll be involved in growth and innovation in our Machine Shop as we expand our capabilities to provide outstanding support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for machining new parts and modifying existing parts from engineering drawings as required to support engineering or production teams.
Are you motivated by this work?
- Fabricate new parts based on engineering drawings
- Operate various types of machine tools to perform required machining;
Manual vertical milling machine, 3 axis vertical milling machine, Manual lathe - Modify existing parts as required by engineering or production
- Inspect completed parts to ensure conformance to specifications
- Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments
- Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines

Base Salary Range: $27.00/hr - $30.00/hr

- 5 + years of experience as a Machinist
- Machining Technical Training
- Experience with Manual and CNC Mills and Lathes
- Experience with HAAS CNC Machinery preferred
- Good Knowledge of Machining Machinery Maintenance and upkeep
