The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 4–10 years of experience in manufacturing, and a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Responsibilities include establishing process controls, resolving production challenges, and managing cost-saving programs. This role is fully onsite with a competitive salary between $120,000 and $140,000.
