Title: Production Clerk

Department: Planning Department

Reports To: Production Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pay range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Summary: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Clerk to join our Planning team. In this role, you’ll support daily operations by managing data entry, maintaining production records, and preparing job orders. This position is key to ensuring accurate documentation and smooth workflow on the production floor.

• Accurately enter and reconcile production data in both legacy systems and JD Edwards ERP.
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with key production metrics and inventory data.
• Prepare production packets (jackets) and organize work orders for machine scheduling.
• Process outbound UPS shipments as needed.
• Support inventory management by performing and assisting with cycle counts.
• Generate Change Notices for production updates based on sales requests or cancellations.
• Take on additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards) is a plus.
