What this opportunity offers- Flexible pay structure — flat rate or hourly, based on the candidate and fit
- Relocation support available for the right hire
- I-CAR collision shop within an established multi-location operator (Philly metro / Frenchtown market)
- Hands-on B-level (or stronger) body technician seat with room to grow as the shop builds toward full staffing
- Perform collision body repairs at a strong B-level or higher
- Complete vehicle assembly and disassembly as part of the repair process
- Coordinate with painters and the production team to keep repairs moving
- Work on-site in a Frenchtown, NJ body shop with capacity for a multi-tech crew
- Hands-on collision body technician experience at a strong B-level or stronger
- Ability to handle body work and assembly/disassembly independently
- $27 to $35 per hour, based on experience and certifications
- Flexible pay structure: flat rate and/or hourly, interview-dependent
- Relocation support available for the right candidate
- Full time, on-site in Frenchtown, NJ
