Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team. As a General Production Associate you will be part of the Production team supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a willingness to learn and follow instructions, and the drive to maintain quality while working efficiently.

Pay Range: $18.50 + $3.93 benefit per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
What's the Job?- Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
- Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.
- Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting safe work habits.
- Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
- Perform visual inspections of product to help ensure quality, while supporting housekeeping and general maintenance in the work area.
- Ability to follow operational standard work, work instructions, and location rules and procedures.
- Comfort working in a production environment where safety, accuracy, and consistency matter.
- Willingness to operate assigned equipment and perform material handling tasks as directed.
- Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks.
- Commitment to housekeeping and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
