Run your own shift on high-speed beverage bottling and canning lines, leading a 15 to 20 person union crew, at a stable, long-tenured manufacturer where people build whole careers.
CompanyA long-established, family-owned beverage manufacturer and distributor with thousands of employees and a portfolio of well-known soft drink, water and juice brands. The culture is built on stability: long tenures are common and the company has a track record of steady employment. This plant runs high-volume production across multiple shifts.
Who thrives here- A hands-on floor leader who would rather be on the line with the crew than behind a desk
- Someone who has earned the respect of a union workforce and applies the contract and work rules fairly and consistently
- A supervisor who owns the shift's numbers in real time: efficiency, downtime, breakage and waste
- A partner to the mechanics, the lab and the warehouse, who solves repeat problems at the source instead of passing them to the next shift
- Someone looking for a long-term home with a dependable employer
