Delva in New Jersey is seeking skilled CNC machinists to operate Vertical Mills, Lathes, Swiss Lathes, and Mazak 5-axis horizontals. The role requires reading prints, performing in-process inspections, and documenting results with calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
At Level II, troubleshoot chatter and dimensional drift, maintain tolerances within +/-.0005", and mentor Level I operators. Pay ranges from $20–$30/hr, with full medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and PTO benefits.
