Essential Functions:

Create, maintain, and update kit information within the P21 ERP system.

Review customer orders and kitting requirements for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate the release and processing of kitting work orders.

Monitor component availability and identify shortages that could delay kit completion.

Work with Purchasing and Inventory Control to resolve component shortages or inventory discrepancies.

Track kits through the production and fulfillment process to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.

Maintain accurate bills of material (BOMs), kit components, quantities, part numbers, and related information.

Process required system transactions associated with component consumption, kit assembly, completion, and inventory movement.

Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding kitting priorities and special instructions.

Verify completed kits meet required quantities, labeling, packaging, and documentation requirements.

Maintain customer-specific kitting instructions and supporting documentation.

Research and resolve discrepancies involving inventory, orders, components, or completed kits.

Communicate kitting status, shortages, delays, and other issues to appropriate departments and customer.

Maintain accurate records and reporting for kitting activities.

Identify opportunities to improve kitting processes, system accuracy, workflow, and efficiency.
