Job Description & How to Apply Below
Step into a hands-on role where your craftsmanship turns schematics into reliable, field-ready hardware. Picture your day: you begin at your bench assembling circuit cards and building test cables from prints and operation sheets. You move on to precision soldering that meets IPC J-STD-001 standards, then calibrate and test subassemblies, troubleshooting issues to root cause and repairing what you find. By afternoon you’re updating IFS with the operations you completed, keeping the Kanban racks accurate, and syncing with Quality, Materials, Planning, Engineering, and Production to keep builds moving.
Before you wrap, you review the production board for missing components, provide Planners with parts lists for upcoming system builds, and jump in to cross-train a teammate—because growing the team’s capability is part of the job.
