Mechanical Assembler

We are looking for a meticulous Board Assembly Technician to join our production team. Your primary focus will be on wire harnessing and board assembly duties. We value candidates who possess strong manual dexterity, the capacity to interpret technical schematics, and a sharp eye for precision. While prior soldering experience is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

• Construct boards and various components by strictly following provided technical schematics and guidelines.
• Analyze and utilize assembly diagrams, blueprints, and instructional documents to guide your work.
• Execute wire harnessing tasks to ensure all components are connected with high precision.
• Utilize soldering techniques as the production process demands.
• Examine finished assemblies to verify that they meet our internal quality and accuracy standards.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station tidy and orderly.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending the English language.
• Proven capability to interpret and apply technical drawings and written procedures.
• Strong manual dexterity and a keen focus on minute details.
• Demonstrated ability to execute intricate, hands-on assembly operations.
• Experience with soldering is considered an advantage.
• We welcome Spanish-speaking applicants who also demonstrate strong English communication skills.

• Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
