The Digital Marketing Specialist will be directly responsible to oversee the digital marketing footprint and growth of our client portfolio along with the collective of our own brands.

The successful candidate will have "hands on experience" and be fluent in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and GMB to support tagging implementation, analytics, and reporting across websites, email, SEM/SEO. This role will work as the direct liaison with our web, social media and art teams.

Work Experience utilizing the following is a PLUS:

SEMrush/Moz/Bright Local or similar local

SEO and link building tools

SurferSEO

Google Search Console

Google Analytics

Google My Business

FB/Instagram/Ad Business Manager/Meta Business Suite

Experience with paid marketing platforms

Expertise with data-driven analysis and optimization

Experience with writing and editing, including knowledge of SEO best practices

NOT required, but a PLUS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field

Experience working with faith-based organizations

• Compensation package - $50,000 - $62,000 base salary +.
• Plus goal achievement bonuses after 6 months
• Vacation/holiday pay after 3months
