Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is someone looking to continue to grow their career in marketing and gain hands‑on experience across a variety of marketing functions. You’ll be working directly in executing campaigns, creating content, events and trade shows, and working closely with customers and clients facing teams.

• Development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, email)
• Coordinate and schedule social media posts across various platforms
• Create marketing materials such as flyers, emails, and presentations
• Update client collateral and create new communications
• Event planning and direct support for trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Track and report business KPIs
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Five years’ experience in a related position
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, etc.)
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Internship or volunteer experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience with CRM and CMS

Full-time:
Salary $65-75K + bonus
