What You’ll Do

As a Content Associate on the Animal Care content team, you will leverage AI tools and news judgment to create fast, accurate, and engaging foundational content for dvm
360.

• Use AI tools and editorial prompts to summarize and quality‑check clinical data readouts, breaking news, and multimedia transcripts while optimizing metadata to boost SEO/AEO performance.
• Produce and format content across CMS, video hosting, and social platforms.
• Cut, caption, and resize clips for web and social distribution.
• Draft social media captions, headlines, and newsletters.
• Monitor news feeds, journal sites, and congress updates to identify emerging stories.
• Review AI outputs for tone, accuracy, and brand compliance before editorial approval.
• Perform first‑pass edits on clinician‑submitted manuscripts and prepare layouts consistent with style guidelines.
• Build foundational knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas, key opinion leaders, and relevant clinical developments.

• Fluent in digital content workflows and enthused about AI & media innovation.
• Creative eye for writing and visual production.
• Detail‑driven, deadline‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn the healthcare industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Media Production, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in digital publishing, media production, or content operations (preferred).
• Familiarity with animal care, healthcare, science, medical writing, or professional publishing is a plus.

• Proficient with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) and CMS publishing platforms.
• Working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., iMovie, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Vizard, or Cap Cut).
• Strong writing, grammar, and content editing skills (AMA style a plus).
• Basic understanding of SEO, AEO, metadata, and content analytics.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

$50,000–$70,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for an annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
