Job Description The Brand Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of commercial plans to drive Mondelēz’s seasonal portfolio. You will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Insights & Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D teams to drive consumer demand, retail execution, and commercial performance.  This is a high-impact role ideal for a marketer who thrives in fast paced, commercially driven settings and has proven success translating consumer insights into profitable business results, leading through complexity, and stakeholder management.

** What You’ll Do
**** Brand & Business Leadership
*** Own and execute annual marketing plans for assigned seasonal businesses
* Drive revenue, share, and profit growth across key seasonal selling windows
* Lead business performance analysis and recommend corrective actions
* Monitor consumer trends, competitive activity, and seasonal category dynamics
** Innovation & Product Development
*** Lead seasonal innovation projects from concept through commercialization
* Partner with R&D and Supply Chain on product design, packaging, and timelines
* Manage commercialization gates, artwork approvals, and launch readiness
* Build compelling selling materials for retailers
** Cross-Functional Collaboration
*** Work closely with Sales to support customer presentations and line reviews
* Partner with Demand Planning and Operations to manage seasonal forecasting
* Present strategies and performance updates to senior leadership

Salary and Benefits :

The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over achievement based on performance and company  addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
