Salary: $54,325 per year plus Sign On Bonus - $2,500

• Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team grounded in the housing first approach, and coupled with an integrated service model to assist families in obtaining and retaining housing in Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset and Warren Counties.
• Office located in Bridgewater, NJ
• Providing and coordinating substance abuse services in-home
• Case management and case documentation skills are essential
• Case conferences with Child Protection and Permanency (CP&P) and other providers
• Remote work possible after 3-month probationary period.

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and (2) two years related experience.
• CADC or LCADC
• Rotating 24/7 coverage required
• Flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends
• Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history
