Overview

Position Overview:

We are prayerfully seeking a part-time Pastor who will preach the Word of God faithfully, shepherd the congregation with humility and love, and lead our church in fulfilling its mission. This position could develop into a full-time role under the right conditions. The ideal candidate will be spiritually mature, compassionate, and a visionary leader with a heart for discipleship, outreach, and community engagement.

• Lead weekly worship services, preaching and teaching biblically grounded, relevant messages, and encourage church members to grow in their faith.
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, and visitation for members in need.
• Guide the church's spiritual direction in collaboration with leadership boards and ministry teams.
• Support outreach, missions, and growing our youth and young families.
• Oversee church staff and operations in a collaborative manner and care not only for the church family, but also for the wider community.

• Salary of approximately $40,000, which is negotiable, including a supportive benefits package offered to reflect both the importance of this pastoral role and our church’s commitment to caring for its leader.
