About the Role:The Circulating Nurse plays a critical role in the surgical team, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are managed effectively before, during, and after surgical procedures. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of surgical protocols and the ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team and the patient. The Circulating Nurse is responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, managing surgical instruments, and coordinating with various healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Prior circulating experience required.
- Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile.
- Assist in the positioning of the patient and provide necessary support to the surgical team during procedures.
- Monitor the patient's vital signs and overall condition throughout the surgery, communicating any changes to the surgical team.
- Document all relevant information during the surgical procedure, including any complications or changes in the patient's status.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth transition of care before and after surgery.
