REGISTERED NURSE - TELEMETRY - P/T WITH BENEFITS DAYS

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative Registered Nurse to provide telemetry care on a part‑time basis with benefits. You will work alongside a skilled nursing team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care in a dynamic environment.

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence‑based research, policies, and standards to provide safe, individualized patient care.
• Communicate continuously with patients, nursing colleagues, and other healthcare team members regarding patient status, rendered care, and treatment plans.
• Administer medications using bar‑scanning and documentation technologies to ensure the safest delivery of drugs.
• Maintain point‑of‑care electronic documentation of assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide patient and family‑centered education to optimize health, wellness, and disease management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary discharge planning to ensure safe transition and continuum of care.

• Valid New Jersey Nursing license.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum six months of nursing experience or active participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency program.
• Telemetry certification preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Step‑down progressive care experience preferred.
• BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within three (3) years of hire.
• Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and demonstrate a dedication to teamwork and ongoing education.

Minimum hourly rate: $42.19. Compensation is benchmarked against market data and may vary based on experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
