Registered Nurse Supervisor -Weekend; RN

RN Supervisor- potential increase in rate based on experience

As part of our nursing leadership team, you’ll help guide and support caregivers, ensuring quality care and a safe, respectful environment for all. And just as we care deeply for our residents, we prioritize the well‑being and career growth of every team member.

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on your shift
• Monitor and support medication distribution, blood draws, and treatment plans
• Conduct rounds to assess resident needs and staff performance
• Educate residents, families, and team members as needed
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with leadership to support a culture of excellence
• Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator

• Active New Jersey RN license (unencumbered)
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Long‑term care experience preferred but not required
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• LPNs with strong leadership potential may be considered

• Schedule:
  
  11 PM - 7 AM and 3 PM- 11 PM weekend
