In addition, VPF has expanded to include The Bancroft School at Voorhees Pediatric Facility, Voorhees Pediatric Facility Medical Daycare, and Voorhees Pediatric Rehabilitation Services (VPRS).

Hours: Full-time (7:30 am - 3:30 pm), benefit eligible
Position SummaryThe Nurse Manager assumes accountability and responsibility for the operations of nursing staff in the Bancroft School; in concert with the Bancroft leadership team. This includes planning, development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of the clinical, personnel, and administrative activities. This is a 5‑day a week position Monday through Friday. Participates in operationalizing the strategic and business plans and the Our VPF initiatives as well as the Bancroft School.
This includes: human resource management, cost control, quality and safety (High Reliability Organization/Just Culture), growth and customer service (family/person centered care).
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current NJ RN licensure
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field, NJ Department of Education certification as a School Nurse (non‑instructional or instructional)
- Minimum three years pediatric nursing experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
