Hours: 7 AM-3 PM / 8 AM-4 PM
Employment Type: Per Diem / Full Time (depending on candidate availability)
OverviewA manufacturer in Morris County is seeking a Registered Nurse to support employee health, workplace safety, and compliance. This on-site role provides clinical care, manages workplace injuries, and partners with HR and Safety to maintain a healthy, safe work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide first aid, clinical assessments, and support for workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct pre-placement screenings, return-to-work assessments, and medical evaluations.
- Maintain confidential medical records and ensure OSHA/state compliance.
- Support workers’ compensation reporting and injury prevention initiatives.
- Participate in safety audits, ergonomic reviews, and wellness programs.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and health screenings.
- Assist with emergency response and employee health education.
- Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 2+ years of nursing experience; occupational health or industrial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA, workers’ compensation, and employee health programs helpful/desirable.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- On-site within manufacturing facilities.
- Standard daytime schedule with some flexibility.
