Position Type: Full-Time, Day Shift
Pay Range: $120,000–$130,000 per year

Are you an experienced, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, supportive environment? Our skilled nursing facility is committed to providing exceptional care, and we’re seeking a passionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead and inspire our nursing team while ensuring the highest standards of resident care. If you are an RN with a solid background in long-term care, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe, healthy workplace that enhances the delivery of high-quality care.
• Cultivate a culture of professional development and team engagement.
• Lead and supervise nursing personnel to maintain outstanding resident care.
• Serve as a key liaison between nursing staff and facility management.
• Resolve nursing and unit-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Attend and oversee weekly wound rounds.
• Play an active role in facility surveys and compliance initiatives.
• Foster clear communication with staff, physicians, and residents’ families.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, valid New Jersey State License.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care.
• Proven ability to manage pressure, multitask, and solve problems efficiently.
