• Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor residents’ care according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
• Administer medications and ensure cleanliness and security of the medication supply room, adhering to company systems, procedures, and processes.
• LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
