• Location: Hazlet, NJ
• Shift: Weekends (Every or Every Other)
• Pay: Up to $40/hr

• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver top-quality care.
• Order and manage medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Follow personalized care plans for each resident.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and necessary procedures.
• Accurately document all clinical observations and interventions.
• Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA.

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to resident care, safety, and dignity.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and passionate about long‑term care.
