Position SummaryThe Registered Nurse functions as a dynamic member of the patient care team, providing education, coordination, and clinical support to fertility patients throughout their treatment journey. This role serves as a key liaison between patients and providers, ensuring seamless care delivery, patient understanding, and an exceptional experience from consultation through treatment.
What You’ll DoPatient Care & Treatment Coordination- Coordinate the care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
- Implement provider directives through the management of diagnostic testing and clinical treatment plans.
- Provide care in accordance with established RMA workflows, policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines.
- Review medical records and laboratory results, ensuring accurate information is documented within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Communicate test results, treatment plans, and patient instructions in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of patient care activities within the EMR.
- Educate patients throughout all phases of their fertility treatment journey.
- Set appropriate expectations and provide guidance regarding testing, treatment options, medications, and RMA processes.
- Foster a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Anticipate patient concerns, answer questions, and provide reassurance during treatment.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment in implementing individualized plans of care.
- Perform nursing interventions and procedures as needed to promote patient safety and positive clinical outcomes.
- Assist physicians with in-office procedures as required.
- Participate in the education and training of nursing staff.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and productive work environment.
- Partner effectively with clinical and administrative teams across departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license without limitations - required
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – required
- BCLS, ACLS, and/or IV Certification - preferred
