FELIHEAL Home Healthcare Services is urgently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Director of Nursing (DON) leadership role in Chester, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated home care team and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:- Oversee and direct all clinical nursing operations for home healthcare services
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate field nursing staff and home health aides
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations and standards of care
- Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate services
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transitions of care in a home health setting
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and oversee quality assurance initiatives
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum 2-3 years of home health or home care nursing experience
- Prior Director of Nursing (DON) or clinical supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and compliance
- Proficiency with clinical documentation and home health software systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- CPR certification and valid driver's license required
