What You’ll Do:- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on your shift
- Monitor and support medication distribution, blood draws, and treatment plans
- Conduct rounds to assess resident needs and staff performance
- Educate residents, families, and team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with leadership to support a culture of excellence
- Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
- Active New Jersey RN license (unencumbered)
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Long‑term care experience preferred but not required
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- LPNs with strong leadership potential may be considered
- Schedule:
11 PM - 7 AM every weekend and 3PM- 11 PM every other weekend Per diem only! - Health, dental, vision insurance, and PTO (for full-time employees)
