• ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) with New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi‑state compact license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association

• Minimum 3+ years of mother‑baby experience; postpartum nursing experience preferred
• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) preferred
