Travel RN - Operating Room - Ambulatory

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Ambulatory Care position requiring a NJ or compact RN license and 2 years of specialty experience.

• Active NJ or compact RN license required
• BSN required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
• Experience with ambulatory workflows preferred
• Prior charge nurse experience preferred
• Valid references and copies of certifications required for consideration

• Ambulatory Care setting within a Family Care clinic and Triage department
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No floating required
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• No on-call responsibilities
• Charting completed in Epic
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Provide care across a broad range of ambulatory and triage services including medication administration, specimen collection, wound care, and patient assessments
• Perform telephone triage, follow-up calls, and patient teaching as part of daily responsibilities
• Assist with minor procedures such as suture removal, dressing changes, and nebulizer treatments
• Support pediatric and adult patient populations with various acute and chronic conditions
• Local candidates accepted at a differential rate within a 50-mile radius
• Submit requested time off (RTO) at the time of consideration, as RTO requests after submission cannot be accommodated
• First-time travelers are not required for this role
