Rooster Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a small, welcoming facility in Columbia, NJ
.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a CNA, you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care team
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team
- Active New Jersey CNA Certification
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Compassionate approach to resident care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Commitment to providing high-quality resident care
- $4,000+ monthly compensation
- 7:00 AM-3:00 PM first shift
