Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations on your designated unit, ensuring seamless coordination of care and services
- Lead and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct regular rounding on patients, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
