Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will:
Provide hands-on personal care and assist residents with daily living activities
Support residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and repositioning
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nurses and supervisors
Accurately document care in required logs, forms, and reports
Maintain resident safety, privacy, and confidentiality
Follow all facility policies, infection control measures, and care standards
Participate in ongoing CNA training and skill development
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Active New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional, friendly bedside manner
Ability to multitask and prioritize resident care
Basic knowledge of long-term care, safety procedures, and infection control
CPR certification preferred
