Atlanti Care seeks a Registered Nurse Team Leader for Endoscopy Mainland Campus to guide an interdisciplinary team and ensure delivery of expert nursing care. You will oversee staff education, coordinate care plans, and participate in performance improvement and budgeting activities.
The ideal candidate holds RN licensure in New Jersey, BLS/HCP and ACLS, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and clinical application skills within an endoscopy setting. 37.5 hours weekly, day shift.
