The Nursing Supervisor provides clinical oversight, nursing services, and supervision across Crossroads Programs, Inc. residential stabilization, assessment, and treatment programs.
The Nursing Supervisor works closely with LPNs, clinicians, residential staff, physicians, case managers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure youth receive safe, coordinated, and appropriate healthcare services.
What You'll Do- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to nursing services
- Provide nursing supervision to LPN staff
- Conduct nursing assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Complete physical assessments upon admission or as clinically indicated
- Monitor medication administration practices and review MARs for accuracy and safety
- Respond to medical and psychiatric concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up
