American Traveler is hiring a Clinical Research Nurse for an oncology research role requiring 2 years of RN experience and an active NJ or compact RN license.
Requirements- Active NJ or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Clinical Research Nurse or Clinical Research Coordinator experience preferred
- Oncology research experience preferred
- Phase I clinical trial experience preferred
- Prior travel assignment experience required
- Valid references and copies of certifications required for consideration
- Clinical Research Nurse role within the Clinical Research department of a comprehensive cancer center
- Adult patient population with an average daily census of approximately 8 patients and 4 visits per day
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend requirement
- Epic charting system preferred
- Provides direct clinical research nursing support for oncology and Phase I clinical trial patients
- Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at a local rate differential
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- All requested time off must be submitted and approved prior to offer, with no additional time off accepted afterward
- Block scheduling is not accommodated for this role
