Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry! Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with a flair for Telemetry care? We invite you to join our dynamic team where you'll play a vital role in the health and well-being of our patients! Evaluate patients and assist physicians with exceptional patient care.Plan, implement, and document individualized nursing care based on patient needs. Identify patient needs and determine priorities through comprehensive assessment. Develop and coordinate personalized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments. Initiate assessments based on patient needs, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks. Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to enhance patient health outcomes. Manage care of patients with professionalism and compassion.
Document care in alignment with standards of practice and clinical priorities. Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards. Provide patient-centric care that aligns with our professional nursing practice model. Take on other responsibilities as assigned with enthusiasm. Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience is required. N/A ASN from an accredited school of nursing is required. BSN is preferred. Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam is REQUIRED.
BLS - AHA. New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. NIHSS. Telemetry Certification. CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours. N/A English:
Read, Write, Speak fluently.
