Join Our Dynamic Telemetry Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)!Job Description:
- Are you a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a significant impact in patient care?
- As a vital part of our telemetry team, you will:
- Evaluate patients and assist physicians in delivering exceptional care.
- Plan, implement, and document personalized nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Identify patient needs and establish care priorities through thorough assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Initiate comprehensive assessments guided by patient problems, physician diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with precision and compassion.
- Document care consistently, adhering to professional standards and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for and support the adoption of evidence-based practices in patient care.
- Deliver patient-centric care in alignment with our innovative nursing practice model.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience required.
Education:
- ASN from an accredited school of nursing.
- BLS - AHA Certified.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- NIHSS Certification.
- Telemetry Certification.
- CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours).
- English:
Read, Write, Speak.
- Shift: Day.
- Hours per Week: 36.
- Weekend Requirement:
Every other. - On-Call Requirement:
None. - Float Requirement:
As needed.
