Life Source Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN to provide after-hours hospice support and evening tuck-in visits across the service area. This full-time role focuses on symptom management, patient comfort, and family education during overnight shifts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of nursing experience, NJ RN licensure, and the ability to work independently in the field. Evening/night shifts include on-call responsibilities with rotating holidays and weekends.
