~30 hours/week; clinic hours with every other weekend (schedules built in ~6-week blocks; training/orientation hours may differ) Pay Rate: $37.17/hour (W2) Openings: 1

Seeking an Urgent Care LPN to provide patient-facing clinical care in a clinic setting. You’ll assess patient needs, administer treatments/medications, document in the EMR, and collaborate with the clinical team to support excellent patient outcomes.

• Assess patients and perform routine clinical evaluations
• Monitor and document vital signs and responses to care
• Administer oral, injectable, IV, and topical medications as appropriate
• Perform/assist with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) (Epic experience preferred)
• Educate patients on self-care and disease management; connect to appropriate resources
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked clinic environment

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state where you’ll be working
• BLS certification (must remain valid through the start period; expiration should be at least 30+ days past your intended start)
• 1+ year clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings (Candidates with experience limited to long-term care-only environments may not be a fit for this setting.)
• Experience with phlebotomy, immunizations, and point-of-care testing
• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable working a clinic schedule including every other weekend and some major holidays
