FELIHEAL HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICES is looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) RN to lead our clinical team in Chester, NJ. Responsibilities:- Oversee all clinical nursing operations and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered home healthcare services
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and aides
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations governing home healthcare
- Conduct quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical onboarding for nursing personnel
- Serve as the primary clinical resource and point of escalation for complex patient care situations
- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
Master's degree preferred - Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Prior home healthcare or community health nursing experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of CMS, state home health regulations, and OASIS documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems
