Feliheal Home Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Director of Nursing (DON) leadership role in Chester, NJ. Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all clinical nursing operations for home healthcare services
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure high-quality outcomes
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff and home health aides - Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations and standards
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and maintain clinical documentation, records, and quality assurance programs
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for clinical personnel
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Previous Director of Nursing (DON) or clinical leadership experience preferred
- Experience in home healthcare, home health, or community health nursing
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state home health guidelines, and OASIS documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient-centered care
