Shore Veterinarians is looking for a Managing Veterinarian to lead their team. Joint ownership potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Provide vital medical leadership and oversee the veterinary team
- Practice veterinary medicine and see patients
- Develop medical protocols and mentor colleagues
- Collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization
- Graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program, and have an active license
- Unwavering commitment to practicing world-class veterinary medicine
- Skillful ability to delegate, develop, and inspire a winning team
- Top-notch communication and coaching talents
