Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and experienced Tree Service Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely driving company trucks (with or without a CDL), assisting with tree pruning, removals, planting, cabling, plant health care services (spraying and fertilizing), and working in a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and be able to lift heavy materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company trucks to and from job sites, transporting equipment and crew members (CDL or non-CDL drivers).

Assist with tree pruning, removals, planting, cabling, and other general tree care tasks.

Apply plant health care treatments, including spraying and fertilizing trees and shrubs.

Operate equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, sprayers, and other tree service tools.

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Work collaboratively with a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely.

Maintain and care for equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Assist with cleanup and disposal of tree debris.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in tree work (pruning, removals, planting, cabling, spraying, fertilizing) preferred, but not required.

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).

Ability to drive large trucks and operate tree service equipment.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds).

Ability to work at heights, including using ladders or bucket trucks.

Must be able to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
