We are seeking a Farm Manager for a regenerative organic farm that supplies produce to our Meal Kitting business. The farm features a state-of-the-art greenhouse aquaponics system, 20 acres of no-till organic farming, 5 acres of native pollinator habitat, and cover crop operations to enhance soil organic matter. Responsibilities include planning, seeding, transplanting, crop management, pest control, harvesting, and overall farm oversight.

• At least 2 full seasons of experience managing an organic farm
• Desired: 1+ season of greenhouse farm experience
• Knowledge of good farming and food handling practices
• Educational background in agriculture, preferably in organic or greenhouse production (not mandatory)
• Related skills and education will be considered
• Must not be a smoker due to Tobacco Mosaic Virus risk

Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Ability to work well with team members and support a diverse, goal-oriented team.

Proactive in assessing challenges and collaborating on solutions.

Ability to follow instructions, plan, prioritize, and meet farm goals.

Cooperative, reliable, positive, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.

• Minimum 3 years of organic farming experience on a production farm
• Experience in flower and greenhouse production preferred but not required
• Passion for sustainable and regenerative agriculture
• Farm planning and seasonal operation knowledge
• Experience with harvesting, handling, storage, and delivery of perishable crops
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds safely
• Willing to work in diverse weather conditions and long hours
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management

Full season commitment from April to mid-November, with potential contract extension. Benefits include salary ($40K-$60K), performance bonus, weekly produce, paid vacation and sick days, and opportunities for advancement. No housing provided.
