Are you passionate about animals and exceptional client service? We’re looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) with experience to join our team at VCA Old Tappan Veterinary Hospital located in Norwood, NJ—a place where compassionate care meets excellence.
Responsibilities- Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our practice
- Greet clients and manage check-ins/check-outs with professionalism and warmth
- Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client communications
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with medical staff to ensure seamless care
- Help maintain a calm and organized front office environment—even on the busiest days!
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a veterinary or medical reception role
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Proficiency with veterinary practice software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate

- Mandatory - rotating Saturday shift, evening shift, and reliable transportation both during normal hours and inclement weather.
$17.00–$18.00 per hour based on experience.
