Bridge Marina, Inc. in Lake Hopatcong, NJ is seeking seasonal, part-time and full-time crew to provide safe, memorable boating experiences. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and seasonal incentives, in addition to base pay of $16–$19 per hour plus tips.
Roles span Boating Club, Boat Rental, Fuel Dock, and guest services. You will help maintain docks, orient boaters, and operate 18–25 ft powerboats while supporting a lively, customer-focused team.
