** Sika is looking for a Quality Control Laboratory Technician!
**** Quality Control Laboratory Technician
** to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, testing raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet Sika's internal quality standards and external regulatory specifications. You’ll work closely with production teams, management, and corporate stakeholders to support ongoing improvements in safety, efficiency, and product integrity.

* What You’ll Do:

**** Quality & Testing Responsibilities:
*** Perform testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with Sika’s Quality Control specifications.
* Accurately report QC results and effectively communicate findings to plant management.
* Participate as an active member of the production team, representing QC in all interactions.
* Enter QC data, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely documentation.
* Verify incoming raw materials by collecting and checking Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
* Support special projects related to safety, efficiency, and corporate initiatives.
* Assist with sample shipments and maintain a minimal but sufficient inventory of lab supplies.
* Track calibration of lab equipment and maintain compliance with internal standards.
* Learn about plant processes and controls that impact overall quality.
** Lab Organization & Safety:
*** Follow all Sika safety and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and practices.
* Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and properly stocked with test materials and equipment.
* Identify and report any unsafe conditions promptly to maintain a safe work environment.
* Work proactively to improve lab safety and workflow efficiencies.

** Salary Range: $24 - $28 an hour based on education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.**## Preferred Skills
* Associate degree or HS diploma with 1-3 years’ experience in overall QC testing and methodology in manufacturing environment.
* Good math and computer skills required, competent with Microsoft Word and Excel software.
* Familiarity with SAP is a plus
* Ability to problem solve required.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with little supervision### Perks & Benefits
